The candidate should have strong research and writing skills and 2–15 years of experience in insurance defense litigation, including case management, motions, and discovery.

Admission to the New Mexico Bar is required. The team defends a broad range of claims and offers partnership opportunities for those with extensive experience.

Qualifications

Overview

The Albuquerque, NM office of Lewis Brisbois, a full-service AmLaw 100 firm, is actively seeking an attorney to join its General Liability Practice.

The ideal candidate will have strong research and writing skills and at least two (2) to fifteen (15) years of experience in all phases of insurance defense litigation including case management, motion practice, and discovery, as well as handling hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and trials. Admission to the New Mexico Bar is required. Partnership opportunities will be considered for those with extensive relevantexperience.

Lewis Brisbois' General Liability Practice is comprised of over 600 attorneys nationwide who have successfully represented defendants in significant exposure cases in numerous general liability areas.
