Responsabilidades

• Defend general liability and premises claims in Westchester and surrounding New York courts.
• Handle discovery, depositions, and motion practice.
• Prepare for mediations, hearings, and trial.
• Advise carriers on exposure and resolution.
• Run files from assignment through close.
