General Ledger Supervisor

Job summary

BYD North America is seeking an experienced finance professional to prepare monthly, quarterly and yearly balance sheets and income statements for the organization. You will oversee monthly closing, coordinate reporting packages to headquarters, and perform reconciliations and account analyses to ensure accuracy.

The role requires 10–15 years in accounting, supervisory experience, and proficiency with Excel and MS Office. SAP experience is preferred; Mandarin is a plus. No travel is expected.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of experience in accounting and reporting processes, systems and controls.
• Supervisory experience required, 3+ years preferred.
• Public accounting audit experience is a plus but not required.
• Experience in SAP is preferred but not required.
• Bachelor’s degree or above in accounting or related field.
• Advanced level of Excel and other MS Office applications.
• Must be extremely detail oriented, attentive to accuracy, well organized, able to multi-task and a self-starter.
• Mandarin is preferred but not required.

• Supervisory experience required, preferred 3 plus years.
• Public accounting audit experience a plus but not required.
• Experience in SAP preferred but not required.
• Bachelor’s degree or above in accounting or related field.
• Advance level of Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Must be extremely detailed oriented, attentive to accuracy, well organized, ability to multi-task workload and a self-starter.
• Mandarin is preferred but not required.

TRAVEL: No travel is expected for this position.

PAY RANGE: $90,000-$100,000 Annually
