Job summary

Enpro Inc. is seeking an early-career Staff Accountant to maintain general ledger integrity and support monthly close across multiple sites. You will prepare journal entries, perform balance sheet reconciliations, and assist in SEC reporting packages.

The role emphasizes process improvement, automation, and system maintenance within OneStream. A Bachelor's in Accounting and up to 3 years of accounting experience are required, with CPA candidacy encouraged.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting with focus on core accounting principles for publicly traded companies.
• Up to 2–3 years of accounting experience, preferably in public accounting or a publicly traded company.
• CPA candidate or pursuing CPA; willing to travel up to 10% as required by business needs.

Responsibilities

• Perform general ledger accounting duties for multiple Enpro business sites, including journal entries and monthly close support.
• Conduct monthly reconciliations of balance sheet accounts and intercompany reconciliations across divisions.
• Assist in preparing quarter-end and year-end SEC reporting packages.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and automate workflows in accounting operations.
• Manage uploading and maintenance of ledgers within OneStream consolidation module.
