Job summary

LABS is hiring general labourers for secure, long-term, permanent roles. Monday to Friday 8am–4pm, no weekends, with a competitive basic salary depending on experience.

We specialise in structural waterproofing, basement conversions and damp proofing, and we value reliability, a strong work ethic and a can-do attitude. Join LABS and you’ll work on site with training provided for installing tanking and waterproofing systems, plus opportunities for wage reviews and promotion within our growing,

Qualifications

• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Domestic, social housing experience preferred (if applicable).
• Full driving licence and access to a vehicle (required).

Responsibilities

• Excavation and spoil removal.
• Installing tanking and waterproofing systems (training provided).
• Performing setup and cleanup on job sites.
• Preparation works for damp proofing.
