Job summary

Job Impulse, Inc. is seeking a General Laborer / Yard Worker to support a team handling equipment setup, transportation, installation, and removal at various jobsites. This is a hands-on, outdoors role ideal for someone who enjoys working outside and contributing to a team.

The position offers a Monday–Friday daytime schedule with pay from $18.00 to $23.00 per hour, depending on experience, and opportunities to develop equipment maintenance, transportation, and field operations skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• DOT medical card or ability to obtain one.
• Ability to meet DOT requirements.
• Ability to work outdoors for long periods in varying/extreme weather.
• Strong teamwork and time management skills.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines under pressure.
• Flexibility to work hours to meet job demands.
• Physically demanding tasks including walking, standing, bending, stooping, climbing, and lifting.

Responsibilities

• Set up, install, maintain, and tear down equipment at jobsites.
• Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment between jobsites.
• Move and maintain pumps, compressors, generators, hoses, and other gear.
• Perform minor equipment repairs and preventative maintenance.
• Keep jobsites and yards clean, organized, and safe.
• Complete required paperwork and follow procedures.
• Adhere to environmental, health, and safety regulations.
• Perform additional duties to support daily operations.

What You'll Do

• Set up, install, maintain, and tear down equipment and systems at jobsites.
• Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment to and from jobsites.
• Move and maintain pumps, compressors, generators, hoses, and other equipment.
• Perform minor equipment repairs and preventative maintenance on vehicles and equipment as directed.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe jobsites, yard areas, and shop facilities.
• Complete required paperwork and follow company procedures.
• Follow all applicable environmental, health, and safety regulations.
• Perform additional duties as needed to support daily operations.
