Job summary

EMR USA is seeking a General Laborer to support yard operations in Slidell, LA. You will work independently or with a team to keep sites clean, prepare areas for use, and help maintain equipment.

The role requires basic tool usage, physical stamina to lift up to 50 pounds, and the ability to work on-site; forklift experience is preferred. Training and PTO are offered along with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Use a variety of hand tools (snips, brooms, shovels, etc.).
• Work independently or in a team environment.
• Lift and carry up to 50 pounds frequently.
• Work overhead, climb ladders, kneel, and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare sites by removing debris and hazards.
• Assist in maintenance of equipment.
• Sort and pick up recycling material.
• Adhere to health and safety protocols.
• Ensure a clean and orderly workplace.
• Assist in housekeeping.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
