SHIDONG SU is hiring General Laborers to join our construction/traffic control team. Night and weekend availability is required, with on-the-job training provided to help you gain hands-on experience and build valuable field skills.

This role offers hands-on work setting up traffic control equipment and maintaining a safe environment for workers and motorists, with opportunities to learn sign installation, maintenance, and basic repairs while using company vehicles and tools safely.

Qualifications

• Night & weekend availability required; on-the-job training provided.
• Construction or traffic control experience is a plus.
• Ability to read maps and follow instructions.
• Must report to work on time every day.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
