TV Guide On Screen is seeking a General Laborer to support on active construction sites. This entry-point role works under direct supervision to perform non-skilled tasks, helping ironworkers and other trades as needed.

The position emphasizes safety, efficiency, and readiness to learn and develop site skills. Candidates should be capable of physical work, following directions, and maintaining a clean, organized work area.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to perform physical labor in a construction environment.
• Ability to follow directions and work under supervision.

Responsibilities

• Execute assigned tasks under direct supervision of a Foreman or lead.
• Perform fire watch, hole watch, and spotter duties to support safe operations.
• Transport, stage, and organize materials, tools, and equipment across the jobsite.
• Maintain jobsite cleanliness and general housekeeping.
• Assist skilled trades (e.g., Ironworkers) with basic support tasks.
• Support drilling operations and material handling.
• Set up, maintain, and remove barricades and safety controls.
• Deliver tools, hardware, and materials to work areas as needed.
• Identify and report safety hazards, shortages, and site constraints.
• Follow all safety procedures, site rules, and company policies.
• Participate in safety meetings and required training.
• Perform other general labor duties as assigned.
