Qualifications

• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Willingness to work any assigned shift, overtime, weekends, and holidays.
• Some background in operating heavy equipment is helpful.
• Collaborative attitude and willingness to perform any required task.
• Ability to read and be proficient with English and simple math.

Responsibilities

• Perform general labor tasks including shoveling sand at the work site.
• Complete pre-shift equipment inspections and basic maintenance as needed.
• Operate equipment safely to maximize health and productivity.
• Assist with railcar movement to load/unload incoming product.
• Maintain cleanliness around plant equipment daily.
