Job summary

Rainbow International Restoration is seeking a General Laborer to support multiple teams with physical tasks, from site prep to material handling and equipment setup. Work is performed under supervision, following safety guidelines to ensure efficient project completion.

The ideal candidate is reliable, hardworking, and capable of adapting to varying environments. Prior construction or restoration experience is a plus, and a valid driver’s license is recommended.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Prior construction, restoration, or general labor experience a plus but not required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare job sites, set up fencing, coverings, and organize materials.
• Assist with site cleanup and restore area after projects.
• Load and unload materials from trucks and trailers.
• Support skilled laborers and crew members as directed.
• Operate basic tools and report equipment issues.
