ProStaffing in Conover, NC is hiring a Night Shift General Laborer for a full-time, temp-to-hire role. Starting pay is $18 per hour with a 4-day workweek after training, plus optional Friday overtime.

You will work on metalworking tasks, support CNC, welding and fabrication operations, and help ensure safe, efficient production. Ideal candidates have experience in CNC, welding, or metal fabrication, a strong work ethic, dependable attendance, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced

Your Schedule

Night Shift (After Training):

• Monday–Thursday | 4:00 PM – 4:30 AM
• Optional Friday overtime as needed

Training Schedule (1st Shift):

• Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Must be available to train on days before transitioning to nights.

Breaks: Two 15-minute paid breaks and one 30-minute unpaid lunch.

What You'll Be Doing
