Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• No formal education required, though on-the-job training may be provided for specialized tasks.
• Experience in general labor in one or more listed sectors preferred.
• Some roles (auto auction drivers) require a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and moving heavy objects.
• Ability to work outdoors and in varied environments.
• Strong work ethic, teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Hospitality: assist with event setup and maintenance to keep venues clean and welcoming.
• Production: assist manufacturing processes, operate machinery and conduct quality checks.
• Warehouse: load/unload goods, manage inventory and keep workspace organized.
• Auto Auction Driver: safely drive and park vehicles for timely auctions.
• Waste Removal: participate in waste collection and recycling efforts.
• Flagging: direct and control traffic around sites to protect workers and the public.
