Job summary

Sure-Dry, LLC is looking for hardworking individuals to install foundation repair, waterproofing, sump pumps, and crawl space systems at customer homes. You’ll work with an experienced crew and learn valuable construction skills.

This role offers paid, hands-on training, year-round work, and a Monday–Friday schedule with weekends free. Expect opportunities to advance, plus benefits including health and dental insurance and 401(k).

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to perform physical construction work.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs. occasionally, 50 lbs. frequently, and 35 lbs. continuously.
• Dependable, hardworking, and ready to learn.
• Ability to successfully complete all required pre-employment screenings, including background check, motor vehicle record review, and drug screening (where permitted by law)
