Loenbro is seeking a dedicated Construction Laborer/Helper in Moses Lake, WA. You will assist across a range of tasks from site setup to material handling, ensuring safe, efficient progress on projects.

This is a physically demanding role requiring teamwork and attention to safety. The position is full-time, non-exempt, with wages ranging from $20 to $25 per hour depending on experience and DOE, and reports to a Journeyman, Lead, or Foreman.

Qualifications

• GED or High School Diploma is required.
• Ability to work from ladders and scaffolds.
• Lift and carry objects and materials of various weights.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the setup and cleanup of construction sites.
• Load and unload materials and equipment.
• Operate hand and power tools under supervision.
• Dig trenches, backfill excavations, and compact soil.
• Assist with the installation of construction materials, such as pipes, concrete, and steel.

Job Summary
