Job summary

RACK is hiring a General Construction Laborer in Boca Raton, FL. The role involves performing physical work in all weather, including extreme heat, and supporting site operations with materials, tools, and cleanup.

You will dig trenches, compact earth, backfill holes, and help build or take down scaffolding or temporary structures while loading and unloading equipment as needed.

• Must be able to perform physical work in all weather conditions.
• Willingness to learn a trade and work hard.
• Professional, reliable, and hard-working demeanor.
• Clean Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities

• Perform physical work in all weather conditions, including extreme heat.
• Move, supply, or hold materials and tools and keep the work area and equipment clean.
• Dig trenches, compact earth, and backfill holes.
• Construct and dismantle scaffolding and temporary structures.
• Load and unload materials and equipment.
