Job summary

Loenbro is seeking a dedicated Construction Laborer/Helper to join Loenbro West in Great Falls, MT. You will assist in various construction tasks, ensuring projects are completed safely and efficiently. This is a physically demanding role requiring teamwork and attention to safety.

The position reports to Journeyman, Lead, or Foreman and is a full-time, non-exempt role within a manufacturing and construction environment.

Qualifications

• GED or High School Diploma required.
• TWIC Card and/or Real ID required.
• Ability to work from ladders and scaffolds.
• Lift and carry objects and materials of various weights.

Responsibilities

• Assist with setup and cleanup of construction sites.
• Load and unload materials and equipment.
• Operate hand and power tools under supervision.
• Dig trenches, backfill excavations, and compact soil.
• Assist with installation of construction materials (pipes, concrete, steel).
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area.

Job Summary

Essential Job Responsibilities

• Assist with the setup and cleanup of construction sites.

• Assist with the installation of construction materials, such as pipes, concrete, and steel.

Minimum Qualifications

• GED or High School Diploma.
• TWIC Card and/or Real ID’s are required.
• Ability to work from ladders and scaffolds.
• Lift & carry objects and materials of various weights.

Preferred

• Skilled in math which includes adding and subtracting fractions.
• Able to pass preliminary and periodic drug testing.
