Job summary

Loenbro West is seeking a dedicated Construction Laborer/Helper in a full-time capacity to support site operations. You will assist in daily tasks, handling materials, and aiding skilled trades on various construction sites in Great Falls, MT.

The role is physically demanding and emphasizes safety, teamwork, and reliability. Ideal candidates will have a GED or high school diploma, and possess a TWIC Card/Real ID.

Qualifications

• GED or High School Diploma.
• TWIC Card and/or Real ID’s are required.
• Ability to work from ladders and scaffolds.
• Lift & carry objects and materials of various weights.
• Skilled in math which includes adding and subtracting fractions.
• Able to pass preliminary and periodic drug testing.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the setup and cleanup of construction sites.
• Load and unload materials and equipment.
• Operate hand and power tools under supervision.
• Dig trenches, backfill excavations, and compact soil.
• Assist with the installation of construction materials, such as pipes, concrete, and steel.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area.
