General Construction Laborer supports all phases of construction projects by performing a variety of physical tasks on-site. This role involves assisting skilled tradespeople, operating basic hand and power tools, loading and unloading materials, preparing and cleaning work areas, and following all safety guidelines. Laborers work in diverse outdoor environments and must be able to perform physically demanding tasks in varying weather conditions. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-conscious, and willing to learn new skills to contribute to successful project completion. This role will report directly to the Foreman. Responsibilities

• General laborer with general gas certifications/OQ's but does not have capability to complete fusions or operate equipment.

Physical Demands & Work Environment

• It requires physical agility to navigate construction sites, climb ladders/stairs, and work outdoors.
• May be exposed to noise, dust, or other workplace elements, requiring appropriate PPE.
