Job summary

The Workforce Group, a LEMOINE company, is seeking motivated General Laborers to join our Emergency Response Logistics Support Reservists Cadre Team in Florida. You will load and unload materials, operate pallet jacks, and support deployment during emergencies.

Seasonal assignments require readiness to deploy on short notice and travel as needed. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, are able to lift heavy objects, and work safely in outdoor and potentially hazardous environments.

Qualifications

Summary

The Workforce Group a LEMOINE company, is currently looking formotivated and dependable individuals to join our team as General Laborers. As aGeneral Laborer in our Emergency Response Logistics Support Reservists CadreTeam, you will be responsible for providing essential logistical support duringemergency operations. Your primary duties will include loading and unloading materialsand ensuring the efficient movement of supplies at loading docks and loadingpoints. This position requires individuals who are ready to be on standby andcan be deployed at short notice to support emergency response efforts.

Location

Disaster Response Locations in Florida

These areseasonal positions and, if activated, will likely require travel on short notice, generally lasting from several days to a few weeks and possibly 30 days or more, depending on the disaster response needs. Ideal candidates for these missions will be available to deploy within 24 to 72 hours of notification.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Load and unload materials and supplies atloading docks and loading points.
• Operate pallet jacks and other material handlingequipment.
• Assist in the setup and breakdown of logisticsoperations.
• Ensure the safe and efficient movement ofsupplies and equipment.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines tomaintain a safe working environment.

Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

A high schooldiploma or equivalent is required. Prior experience in general labor orlogistics is preferred. Candidates must be capable of operating materialhandling equipment. This role involves working in a variety of environmentalconditions, including outdoor and potentially hazardous settings. Flexibilityto work irregular hours—such as nights, weekends, and holidays is essential,particularly during emergency deployments. The position also requires theability to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods.

• Strong physical stamina and the ability to liftheavy objects are required.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills arepreferred.
• The ability to work in a fast-paced andhigh-stress environment is preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliabletransportation is required.
