This role is critical to our production process, ensuring high-quality manufacturing of products while maintaining efficiency and safety. No prior experience is required; we provide on-the-job training to help you develop the necessary skills for success.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate machines, ensuring material is fed correctly and preventing jams.
• Monitor machine performance and adjust settings to optimize production efficiency.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and assist with machine maintenance as needed.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and measurements to maintain accuracy.
• Perform in-process quality checks and ensure all products meet specifications.

The workspace involves exposure to high temperatures, sparks, metal dust, and industrial fumes as well as varying noise levels. Employees must adhere to strict safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment.
