Job summary

Down To Earth Construction Llc is seeking a General Laborer to support worksite operations through manual labor tasks and to assist tradespeople on site. The role requires physical stamina and the ability to handle various manual duties, including cleanups, material transport, and setup of temporary structures.

The ideal candidate will be hardworking, able to meet physical demands, and capable of following safety rules while collaborating with welders, painters, and carpenters on site.

Qualifications

• Ability to meet the physical demands of the job, including lifting and standing for long periods.
• Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
• Willingness to work with tradespeople and follow safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean work environment by picking up trash, excess building materials, or other potentially hazardous products
• Provide assistance to onsite tradespeople such as welders, painters, and carpenters
• Transport materials and equipment from one location to another
• Operate power tools and/or industrial equipment
• Set up cones and warning signs to increase visibility
• Construct, transfer, and tear down temporary structures such as scaffolding
• Other manual labor tasks as required by the foreman or supervisor
• Report any unsafe conditions or equipment in need of repair
