Qualifications

• Manufacturing or industrial experience preferred but not required; training provided.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Strong attention to detail; mechanically inclined.
• Able to clean, sort parts, and organize the production floor.
• Able to assemble packaging for outbound shipments.
• Follow safe work practices and wear protective footwear.
• Willingness to assist other production areas.
• Energetic, reliable, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Capable of meeting deadlines under time constraints.
