Peninsula Powder Coating in Baraga, Michigan is seeking full-time General Laborers to join our team. The role offers day or afternoon shifts and starting pay based on experience.

No prior manufacturing experience is required; we will train motivated individuals. You must stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and maintain a clean, safe work environment while working well solo and with a team.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or industrial experience preferred, but not required. We will train someone motivated to learn.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods of time and be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Strong attention to detail. Must be mechanically inclined.
• Ability to assemble packaging for outbound shipments (crates, pallets, boxes).
• Follow safe work practices at all times by using proper lifting techniques, wearing appropriate protective footwear, and helping maintain a clean, safe work environment.

Job description

Peninsula Powder Coating seeks full-time General Laborers to join their team in Baraga, Michigan. Previous manufacturing or industrial experience preferred, but not required. We will train someone motivated to learn.

WHAT WE OFFER.

• $15.00 – $20.00 per hour starting pay based on experience.
• Overtime available on all shifts.
• Company provides a monthly stipend to put towards health insurance, if needed.

SCHEDULE.

This is a full-time position. Schedules may flex based on company production demands.

• Day shift: 7am – 3:30pm (Monday – Friday)
• Afternoon shift: 3:30pm – 2am (Monday – Thursday)
