Candidates should be able to lift up to 100 pounds, stand long hours, and work in varying temperatures. Minimum qualifications include one year of experience (training provided), a valid NC driver’s license preferred, and a willingness to learn multiple

Qualifications

• One year of general labor experience preferred but training is provided.
• Must be able to follow precise safety rules and policies.
• Willingness to work weekends and some nights.

Responsibilities

• Perform unskilled tasks on asphalt paving or grading crews, including shoveling and material handling.
• Use tools such as shovel, rake, broom, hammer, saw, and drill.
• Potentially operate a farm type tractor with power broom attachment.
• Serve as designated spotter with training provided.
