Position Summary

Responsible for general duties involving physical handling of product, materials, supplies and equipment.

Duties/Responsibilities

• Maintain orderly and clean work area in compliance with Company safety and sanitation requirements


• Operate industrial power equipment


• Restock and replenish supplies, as appropriate


• Perform general maintenance


• Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies and procedures


• Fill in for other positions, as needed


• Manually lift and move product to restock and repack area, ensuring date code accuracy and proper rotation


• Use appropriate manual, or powered material handling equipment (is., pallet jack, hand-truck, etc.) to move product and materials from/to designated locations


• Assist with the daily housekeeping and maintenance of the warehouse


• Able to react to change productively and handle other essential tasks as assigned

Work Environment

Works in a warehouse. Temperature can be very hot and humid during the warmer months. May work extended hours to complete loading.

• Frequent standing, walking, reaching, reaching, sitting, kneeling and squatting

Reports to: Warehouse Supervisor

Job Status: Full-Time

FLSA Status: Hourly/Non-Exempt

Work Schedule: Monday thru Friday; occasional Saturdays during peak seasons. 5am to 130p or shift completion

Pay: $19.00 per hour

Single or double forklift experience required
