Job summary

Greif, Inc. in Franklin, KY is hiring for a production role with Monday-Thursday shifts (12:30 PM – 10:30 PM). Starting pay is $18.00 per hour, with potential increases every 90 days based on performance. The position includes health benefits, vacation, holidays, and a 401(k) with company contributions.

The successful candidate will operate and maintain equipment, perform quality checks, and support the production team while ensuring safe, efficient operations.

Responsibilities

• Operate and assist with manufacturing equipment while following established procedures.
• Clean, lubricate, and maintain machinery and work areas.
• Load and unload materials on production equipment and assembly lines.
• Perform routine quality inspections on finished products.
• Complete general housekeeping and property maintenance tasks.
• Report equipment concerns or quality issues to supervisors.
• Follow all plant safety policies and procedures.
• Support the production team with additional duties as needed.

What You'll Do

Compensation Range

Compensation Range: The pay range for this position is $15.82 - $25.24 annually. Typically, a competitive wage for new hires will fall between $18.00 to $18.00. Offers for this position may vary based on market data and other factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location. If the competitive wage is equal in both fields, the starting rate is the same for all applicants that apply for this role. The starting rate is not representative of future compensation increases. The position may also be eligible for a short-term incentive.
