Alliance Industrial Solutions is hiring for a 1st Shift Tube Mill in Twinsburg, OH. The role supports daily production and warehouse operations with a 5:45 AM–1:45 PM shift and a wage of $18.00–$18.25 per hour. Start date ASAP.

On-site position with overtime potential. You will read work orders, assist machine operators, and help move materials safely and efficiently while maintaining accurate inventory tracking.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED preferred.
• Manufacturing or warehouse experience is a plus.
• Ability to read work instructions and use basic math skills.
• Strong attention to detail, safety awareness, and reliable attendance.
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds occasionally and stand for extended periods.
