A leading construction staffing agency is immediately hiring experienced General Laborers for projects in the Reading, PA area. This first shift opportunity offers a competitive pay rate of $20-22/hour based on experience and skill level. Responsibilities include bolting solar panel sections, organizing materials, and maintaining a continuous workflow. Ideal candidates are able to perform repetitive tasks and are comfortable lifting materials. The role includes additional benefits such as vacation pay and health insurance.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform repetitive assembly tasks.
• Comfortable lifting and moving materials.

• Fall Protection / OSHA certification preferred.
