Job summary

Contech in Montgomery, AL is seeking a GENERAL LABORER to contribute to infrastructure projects and support daily plant operations. You will follow safety protocols, assist with equipment as directed, and help ensure finished products meet quality standards while handling heavy lifting as required.

The role offers hands-on training and opportunities to advance with the team. We value dependable attendance and readiness to work outdoors in varying weather, with potential overtime and a pathway

Qualifications

• Great work ethic and impeccable attendance.
• Able to read and understand work orders and complex instructions.
• Familiarity with hand tools and power tools.
• Willing and able to climb multiple stairs throughout the shift.
• Ability to work outdoors or in open air environment.
• Preferred – Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
• Preferred – Experience operating a forklift.

We are looking for a GENERAL LABORER to join our Montgomery, AL plant. As a general laborer with Contech you will contribute to America’s essential infrastructure including drainage systems, pipe, bridges and structures, and stormwater management.
