Job summary

Granite Construction is seeking a hands-on laborer to support field crews in building and maintaining infrastructure. The role involves physical work outdoors, following directions, and maintaining safety standards on job sites across the Mission area.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent and be capable of lifting 50–100 pounds, climbing ladders, and working long periods standing. On-the-job training is provided in a team environment with varied duties daily.

Responsibilities

• Mixes, pours, and spreads concrete, asphalt, gravel, and other materials, using handtools.
