StormWater Pros in Mesa, AZ is seeking a motivated General Helper to support field operations, including camera inspections and general site tasks. This hands-on, fast-paced role is vital to ensuring job site efficiency and safety.

The ideal candidate has a valid driver's license, can pass drug and background checks, and is willing to learn. Training is provided, with opportunities to grow in maintenance and site operations.

Qualifications

• Must have driver’s license and clean driving record. No DUI’s.
• Passing of drug test (Required)
• Must pass background check requirements
• Construction experience a must, Maintenance experience is preferred
• Safety oriented and required to follow all safety standards and procedures
• Reliable transportation to our shop

Responsibilities

• Assist with camera setup, cable management, and lowering equipment into manholes
• Support existing site operations
• Maintain vehicles and facilities (cleaning, organizing, basic upkeep)
• Ensure all safety procedures and PPE requirements are followed
• Spot vehicles on site and assist with safe equipment handling
• Communicate clearly and ask questions when unsure
• Represent the company professionally in the field
