Job summary

TheCorporate LLC is seeking a dependable General Laborer to support daily operations at an aerospace manufacturing facility in Meriden, CT. The role spans production floor, warehouse, and shop tasks, with emphasis on safety and quality.

Ideal candidates are dependable, willing to learn, able to perform physically active tasks, and capable of working in a manufacturing environment on an onsite shop floor.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Manufacturing/warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to use basic hand tools.
• Strong work ethic and reliability; able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Aerospace or machining experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform general shop cleanup and debris removal.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas.
• Assist with miscellaneous production and shop tasks as assigned.
• Support basic assembly operations under supervision.
• Perform deburring of machined parts using hand tools.
• Assist with material handling and warehouse activities.
• Move materials and organize inventory.
• Assist with painting, coating preparation, and surface preparation as needed.
• Assist machine operators, technicians, and production personnel.
• Dispose of scrap materials and maintain waste collection areas.
• Follow all safety procedures, quality requirements, and company policies.
• Perform other general labor duties as assigned.

This position provides support across the production floor, warehouse, and general shop areas. The ideal candidate is dependable, willing to learn, comfortable working in a manufacturing environment, and able to perform physically active tasks throughout the workday.

Responsibilities

• Perform general shop cleanup, including sweeping floors and removing debris
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas
• Assist with miscellaneous production and shop tasks as assigned
• Support basic assembly operations under supervision
• Perform deburring of machined parts using hand tools
• Assist with material handling and warehouse activities
• Move materials and organize inventory
• Assist with painting, coating preparation, and surface preparation as needed
• Assist machine operators, technicians, and production personnel
