Coreslab Structures (MISSOURI) Inc. is now accepting qualified applications for General Laborer at our Prestress Concrete manufacturing plant in Marshall, Missouri.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Execute manual labor tasks with diligence and efficiency to support operational goals.
• Collaborate effectively as part of a team to achieve project objectives and contribute to overall success.
• Operate hand tools, power equipment, and machinery to assist in the setup, processing, and production of company products following appropriate training.
• Maintain productivity and quality standards for each assigned task, ensuring adherence to company benchmarks.
• Uphold organizational order and cleanliness by maintaining a tidy and well-organized workspace.
• Adhere to all occupational safety protocols and hazard prevention measures while performing essential duties.

SKILLS / KNOWLEDGE:

• Apply comprehensive knowledge of methods and best practices utilized in the production of precast products.
• Utilize tools, materials, and equipment effectively to ensure quality and efficiency in precast production processes.
• Identify and mitigate occupational hazards by implementing proper safety precautions and adhering to established safety standards.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:

• High school diploma or equivalent and/or equivalent work experience

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Stand for long periods of time in uncomfortable conditions, bend, kneel, crouch or crawl.
• This position will require the applicant to be exposed to all weather conditions.

SCHEDULE:

• This is a full-time Union Laborers Local 663 position, Monday through Friday. Overtime is calculated after 8 hours per day, overtime and Saturday work required. Overtime and Saturday work increases during peak season.

Pre-employment drug screening and eVerify are required.
