Dav-Tech Plating Inc. in Marlborough, MA, is hiring a General Laborer to train in chemical metal finishing and join a team focused on high-quality coatings for defense, medical, automotive and electronics sectors.

This full-time role offers up to 12 months of hands-on training with growth opportunities within the corporation, a competitive salary and a robust benefits package.

Candidates should be able to stand on the shop floor, work in a team, and communicate clearly in English.

Responsabilidades

Join Our Team as a General Laborer!

We are looking for entry level personnel to train in chemical metal finishing. We are looking for an extremely motivated individual that is capable of multitasking and can function in a team environment with a willingness to learn and train up to 12 months with further opportunity to grow within the corporation. This is a full time position that offers a competitive salary and a robust benefits package.

Key Responsibilities

• Quality Inspection: Visually inspect parts for surface defects or damage before and after processing.
• Masking & Preparation: Precision-mask parts according to work travelers, blueprints, or verbal instructions.
• Racking/Unracking: Securely rack and unrack components following specific process documentation.
• Part Cleaning: Use provided air hoses to blow off and clear parts during production steps.

• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand and remain active on the shop floor throughout a full shift.
• Teamwork & Independence: Strong ability to collaborate effectively with a team as well as work reliably on independent tasks.
• Coachability: Eager to learn new skills, follow exact instructions, and take direction from supervisors.
• Pace & Agility: Comfortable working efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Communication: Fluent in reading, speaking, and writing English to ensure safety and paperwork accuracy.
