WSB Solutions is seeking a General Laborer with construction and excavation experience to join our outdoor project teams in Marietta, OH. The role involves assisting with septic systems, retaining walls, foundation work, water line repairs, and other site development tasks.

Pay is $16.00 per hour, full-time with a Monday–Friday schedule (7:00 AM–3:30 PM) and overtime opportunities. Safety and teamwork are essential on our job sites.

Competenze

• Previous construction experience required.
• Heavy equipment operation experience preferred.
• Experience with excavation, underground utilities, concrete, or site preparation is a plus.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work throughout the day.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Ability to lift, carry, bend, kneel, and perform repetitive physical tasks.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and a willingness to work as part of a team.
• Ability to follow instructions and maintain a safe work environment.
• Willingness to work overtime when emergency jobs arise.
• Driver’s license preferred, but NOT required.

General Laborer – Construction & Excavation

$16.00 per Hour | Full-Time | Monday–Friday | Overtime Opportunities

Are you someone who enjoys working outdoors, staying active, and seeing the results of your hard work? We are looking for a dependable, hardworking General Laborer with construction experience to join a team that takes pride in getting the job done right!

This is a great opportunity for someone with a background in construction who enjoys hands-on work and wants to expand their experience in excavation, underground utilities, and site development.

Schedule & Pay

• Pay: $16.00 per hour


• Schedule: Monday through Friday


• Hours: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM


• Overtime as needed, including emergency service calls

Job Responsibilities

As a General Laborer, you will assist with a variety of outdoor construction and excavation projects, including:
