Job summary

IES Infrastructure is seeking a General Laborer for our Manitowoc, Wisconsin location. The role supports daily operations and production activities by performing manual tasks and helping maintain a safe, clean work environment in line with company policies and safety standards.

Typical duties include loading/unloading materials, operating basic tools, assisting with packaging and shipping, and collaborating with team members to meet productivity goals.

• Load, unload, move, and organize materials, supplies, and equipment.
• Operate basic hand tools, power tools, and equipment safely and effectively.
• Assist with production, assembly, packaging, or shipping activities.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area through housekeeping activities.
• Follow all company safety policies and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Assist with equipment setup, cleanup, and basic maintenance.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet productivity goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
