This position involves physical, hands-on work assisting with excavation, material handling, job site preparation, and supporting field crews on underground utility construction projects in Carroll, OH. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, reliable, and willing to work in a fast-paced outdoor construction environment.

Qualifications

• Previous construction or underground utility experience preferred but not required
• Ability to safely operate hand tools and small equipment
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Must be safety-conscious and able to follow directions
• Ability to pass a drug screening
• Clean driving record preferred
