Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Follow safety procedures and wear PPE.
• Prepare work areas, dig trenches, remove debris, strip forms.
• Set up, form, and pour concrete as directed.
• Measure distances and set stakes.
• Construct and align forms using bolts, nails.
• Cut, bend, place, and tie rebar.
• Assist with product yarding, truck loading, and installation.
• Operate hand and power tools and equipment.
• Signal equipment operators for alignment.
• Level earth to fine grade specifications.
• Finish concrete and products.
• Maintain clean job site.
• Handle and store materials safely.
• Maintain attendance and positive attitude.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

As a General Laborer, you will play a key role in supporting a variety of projects. Responsibilities

• Follow all safety procedures and use required Personal Protective Equipment at all times
• Clean and prepare work areas, including digging trenches, removing debris, and stripping forms
• Set up, form, and pour concrete as directed
• Measure distances, drive stakes, and stretch lines to ensure accurate construction
• Construct, install, and align forms using bolts, nails, and blocks
• Cut, bend, place, and tie rebar as needed
• Remove forms and prepare finished products for inventory
• Operate a variety of hand and power tools and equipment
• Assist with product yarding, truck loading, and installation of products
• Signal equipment operators to facilitate alignment and movement of machinery
• Level earth and surfaces to fine grade specifications
• Shovel, vibrate, smooth, and finish concrete and concrete products
• Maintain a clean and organized job site, including daily tool and equipment pick-up
• Handle and store materials safely and efficiently
• Maintain good attendance, communicate effectively with team members, and demonstrate a positive attitude
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to learn and follow safety procedures
• Physical ability to lift, push, or pull items weighing 50 lbs or more
• Comfortable with frequent climbing, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, stooping, and twisting
• Able to use hand and power tools and equipment as required
• Reliable attendance and a positive work ethic
