Lippert Components in Goshen, Indiana, is looking for a dedicated production team member. This full-time role involves assisting in the flow of production, ensuring material inventory is maintained, and working with a focus on safety.

This position is primarily responsible for assisting in the flow of production.
This role does not have any supervisory responsibility upon hiring.
While performing the duties of this job, the team member is regularly required to talk and hear. The position is very active and requires 98% standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing ladders. The team member may have to lift and/or move items over 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
This is a full-time hourly position. Typical hours are Mon–Thurs 6am–4:30pm.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
