National Star Services is hiring a Warehouse Worker for our client site in Chicago, IL 60608. This full-time temp-to-hire role works on the 1st shift (4:00 AM – 12:00 PM) Monday to Friday in a cold environment, with overtime opportunities.

The job involves order picking, pallet preparation, unloading and organizing stock, and routine safety/compliance tasks. Candidates must be bilingual (English/Spanish), legally eligible to work in the US, and able to start immediately.

National Star Services, a 28-year-old facility management company providing services nationwide, is currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Worker to join our team at a client facility in Chicago, IL 60608.

Important: This position requires working in a cold environment and performing physical, hands-on processing duties. Candidates must be able to meet the physical requirements of the position.

Employment Type: Full-Time Temp-to-Hire

Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Schedule:

Monday – Friday

1st Shift: 4:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Overtime: Available

Pay Rate: (Biweekly Pay)

Regular Pay: $18.00/Hr.

Overtime: $27.00/Hr.

Requirements

• Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency is required to effectively communicate.
• Must be authorized to lawfully work in the US.
• Must have reliable transportation to get to and from work.
• Must be willing to undergo a Background Check.
• Must be available to start working as soon as possible.
• Must have a strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions.
• Must be able to lift up to 90 lbs. continuously throughout the workday.
• Must be able to remain standing and active for extended periods of time.
• Must be comfortable working in a cold-temperature environment ranging from -10°F to 30°F.
• Must be able to remain on your feet and actively moving for approximately 80–90% of the shift.
• Must be able to perform repetitive lifting, carrying, bending, reaching, and other physical warehouse tasks.
