Job summary

CMC is seeking a capable team member to operate production equipment and support the fabrication and reinforcement processes in our Florida facility. This role offers training, consistent shift routines, and opportunities to advance within a Fortune 500 company.

You will work in a hands-on environment, maintain quality, meet production schedules, and collaborate with operators and supervisors. English proficiency and basic computer skills are required; Spanish helps.

Qualifications

1+ year industry experience.
English language proficiency; Spanish is a plus.
Computer knowledge/skills.

Responsibilities

Operate control station and header cart.
Ensure machine is clean and is in good working order.
Ensure quality of materials used in production (concrete, wire reinforcement).
Inspect wire cages / reinforcements.
Supply machine with necessary components to make product.
Meet production schedule numbers.
Produce quality product.
Be able to perform basic trouble shooting on production and concrete batching machinery.
