• Lift 25+ pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
• Follow safety procedures and company guidelines.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and team members.
• Multitask and adjust to changing priorities.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Perform other general labor duties as assigned.

We are hiring a General Laborer to join a manufacturing facility in Battle Creek, MI. This is a hands‑on position that supports production operations, facility cleanliness, material handling, and general plant upkeep.

The ideal candidate is reliable, willing to learn, and flexible with their job responsibilities. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys physical, active work and is comfortable working in a manufacturing environment.

Location: Battle Creek, MI
Pay: $21.55 per hour
Shift: 3rd Shift, Monday–Friday, 9:45 PM–6:00 AM
Overtime: Available
