The successful candidate will be responsible for installing precut Styrofoam insulation in metal buildings, ensuring that all installations meet our high standards of quality and safety.

Preferred candidate will have a background in construction with wood framing and insulation.

Essential Job Duties:

• Apply precut Styrofoam insulation materials to walls, ceilings, and floors of metal enclosures.
• Consistently achieve or exceed daily performance targets in a fast-paced environment.
• Operate power tools safely and efficiently.
• Inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality and safety standards.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations.
