Express Employment Professionals is seeking General Laborers to join our client's team to support a production line handling wood panels and ensuring quality standards.

Position involves 2nd and 3rd shifts with a fast-paced environment, physical labor, and adherence to safety protocols. Training and opportunity for advancement are provided, with a full benefits package upon hire.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in production or manufacturing environment
• Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
• Ability to work in a hot, non-temperature-controlled environment for long periods

Responsibilities

• Load wood panels onto the production line for processing
• Inspect incoming wood panels for quality, removing any waste material, stickers, tags, or damaged pieces
• Monitor the production line to ensure smooth processing
• Unload processed wood panels from the line and inspect them
• Sort and stack wood panels by size and type after processing
• Repair damaged wood panels when appropriate including using hand sanders and other tools

General Laborer Job Summary:
