Job summary

National Star Services in North Bergen, NJ is seeking General Laborers to manage cardboard waste, operate baling equipment, and sort materials. The role requires lifting up to 65 pounds, safety boots, and reliable transportation, with bilingual English/Spanish communication.

Training on safety protocols and teamwork is provided as part of the position. The schedule is Monday through Saturday ( Sundays when needed), starting at 6:30 AM until finish.

Qualifications

• Steel-toe boots required for safety.

• Ability to lift, push or pull up to 50–65 pounds.
• Background check and drug test will be conducted.

Responsibilities

• Process cardboard waste materials efficiently.
• Operate baling machinery to compress cardboard into bales and place on pallets.
• Sort reusable cardboard and break down cardboard boxes.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all workplace safety procedures and operational guidelines.
• Work effectively with team members to maintain an efficient workflow.

National Star Services is a 28-year-old facility management company providing different services all nationwide and we are now in search of General Laborers in North Bergen, NJ 07047!

Duties include:

• Processing and managing cardboard waste materials efficiently.
• Operating baling machinery to compress cardboard into compact bales and securely placing them on pallets.
• Sorting reusable cardboard and breaking down cardboard boxes.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Following all workplace safety procedures and operational guidelines.
• Working effectively with team members to maintain an efficient workflow.

Schedule: Monday - Saturday (Sundays when needed)

From 6:30 AM - Until finish

Pay rate: $16.00 HR!

Requirements:

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required to effectively communicate with all team members.
