PRO Pallet LLC in Dover, PA is seeking an entry-level General Labor candidate to join our production team. This role offers on-the-job training for individuals seeking their first manufacturing position and a path to learn pallet handling and sorting in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include sorting pallets by size and condition, transporting pallets around the facility, maintaining safety and cleanliness, and supporting general labor tasks as needed. No prior experience required.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50lbs consistently throughout an 8-hour shift.
• Must be able to stand and work for 8 hours per day.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be punctual, reliable, and motivated to learn.
