Responsibilities

• Assemble, stack, wrap, strap, glue, label, sticker, and tape corrugated boxes, displays, and retail packaging components.
• Feed raw materials into production, converting, and printing equipment while assisting machine operators as needed.
• Load and unload raw materials, finished products, freight, and supplies from trailers and containers.
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet specifications and are free from defects.
• Maintain production rates while following instructions and quality requirements.
• Keep workstations clean, organized, and safe in accordance with 5S and housekeeping standards.
• Follow all company safety policies and OSHA requirements with PPE as required.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, machine operators, and coworkers to support daily production needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Production & Assembly: Assemble, stack, wrap, strap, glue, label, sticker, and tape corrugated boxes, displays, and retail packaging components.
• Machine & Line Support: Feed raw materials into production, converting, and printing equipment while assisting machine operators as needed.
• Material Handling: Load and unload raw materials, finished products, freight, and supplies from trailers and containers using manual or mechanical methods.
• Quality Control: Inspect finished products to ensure they meet specifications and are free from defects.
• Production Goals: Maintain expected production rates while following work instructions and quality requirements.
• Housekeeping: Keep workstations clean, organized, and free of hazards in accordance with 5S and plant housekeeping standards.
• Safety Compliance: Follow all company safety policies and OSHA requirements.
• Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), including hearing and eye protection.
• Teamwork: Communicate effectively with supervisors, machine operators, and coworkers to support daily production needs.
