Job summary

Pegasus Northwest, Inc. in Kent, WA is seeking reliable general production staff for a fast-paced aerospace environment. Responsibilities include masking, material prep, log updates and quality checks, with a Monday–Friday 7:00 am to 3:30 pm shift and overtime opportunities.

Ideal candidates are detail oriented, able to lift up to 50 pounds, and can work well in a team with strong English communication. Company provides benefits and a supportive work culture.

Qualifications

• Must be very detail oriented and able to take minimal direction.
• Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken).
• Ability to multi task in a dynamic, fast moving environment.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize responsibilities.
• Must be a team player with a positive and professional disposition.
• Ability to stand for long periods, to bend and squat during an 8-hour shift.
• Able to lift 50 pounds repetitively during an 8-hour shift.

Responsibilities

• Look for defects in raw material while masking.
• Clean raw material prior to masking.
• Update masking log.
• Wash and dry parts, segregate .030" from .045" panels.
• Pull aluminum template and overlay on actual parts, spot check for process inspection.
• Apply velcro per template.
• Part Mark per Manufacturing work order in compliance with Boeing's standard.
• Maintain two weeks ahead of production schedule.
• Notify Production Supervisor of needs, concerns and ordering consumables.
• Operate vertical saw.
• Performs other related duties as assigned to ensure efficient functioning of the work unit.
