Equipment Operation: Assist with production equipment, operate presses and powered lift equipment, and move press cages between processing areas.
Product Handling: Transfer products and by-products to designated holding or disposal areas.
Process Monitoring: Monitor and adjust storage tank temperatures using manual and electronic controls.
Sanitation: Clean filters, processing equipment, and work areas between production runs.
Safety: Follow food safety and plant procedures, wear provided protective equipment, and report equipment issues.
High school diploma or equivalent.
One year of automated food manufacturing and equipment sanitation experience preferred.
Ability to read instructions, follow manuals, and communicate production updates.
Basic math skills, including calculations involving fractions.
Ability to work independently and perform repetitive tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
Ability to stand for extended periods, up to 10 hours per day.
Repetitively lift up to 60 pounds, with occasional lifting up to 75 pounds.
Push and pull up to 75 pounds using product handling equipment.
Bend, twist, squat, kneel, and access stairs, ladders, and elevated work platforms.
Work around production noise, cleaning agents, product odors, humidity, and varying temperatures.
Shift times assigned based on production needs.
Must be flexible to work varying hours and 5-7 days per week.
